GERMAN BUNDESLIGA: LEWANDOWSKI SCORES AGAIN

Poland national team star Robert Lewandowski can’t stop scoring after he netted twice for Bayern Munich in the 5-1 win at home to FC Koln in the German Bundesliga at the weekend. The Poland international took his tally to 28 goals in the German Bundesliga alone this season with the two goals against FC Koln. Robert Lewandowski has scored 28 goals in just 22 league games this season with his brace at the weekend. Robert Lewandowski is a scoring machine for Bayern Munich as the Poland player has now scored 34 goals in all competitions with three months still left to play this season. Robert Lewandowski can break the record of Gerd Muller in the German Bundesliga this season if the Poland international scores at least 13 more goals in the final 11 games this season.


Robert Lewandowski scored the second goal for Bayern Munich on 33 minutes after Cameroonian forward Eric Choupo-Moting had given Bayern Munich the lead after 18 minutes. EllyesSkhiri pulled one back for the visitors at the start of the second half before Bayern Munich extended their lead on 65 minutes through Robert Lewandowski again. Poland international Lewandowski took his Bundesliga tally to 28 goals with that goal. Serge Gnabry scored two late goals for Bayern Munich to make it a comprehensive win for the Bavarian giants. Bayern Munich were able to maintain their two-point lead at the top of the German Bundesliga table with the victory over FC Koln over the weekend.
